Looks like World War II is the last time Congress actually declared war
The staff at AintSoJoe wonders if Congress ,which included Senator Biden, the 6th longest serving member since 1973, has failed to fulfill their constitutional duties by not declaring war for all of the wars that have occurred since World War II ? We don't anticipate an answer to that question.
